I know your hurt and feeling low and you don't know who to trust
all alone its got you feeling like you're not really loved
and you're the new kid in the school so every day has been rough
plus your parents splitting up and it's been hard to adjust
cause everything around you changed it's been hard to maintain
all the things you used to love you just don't feel it the same
now you got people trying to ask if you're feeling alright
and what you really want to say is that you're dying inside
but you hide it and tell them that you're doing just fine
then you go lay in your bed lonely crying at night
when all you really want is someone who's gonna be by your side
so depressed you really thinking about taking your life but

 

Maybe today, you can put the past away

I hope you hear me when I say I really know how you feel
contemplating suicide you think it has its appeal
talking about cutting your wrist or maybe popping some pills
please don't I'm so sincere I want to help you for real
cause everything you're going through I promise it will subside
you should know you're not the only one that's fighting this fight
so when I ask you how you doing if you're feeling alright
it's ok for you to tell me that you're dying inside
just don't look at me and hide say you're doing just fine
then you go lay down in your bed lonely crying at night
I'm gonna always here I'll always be by your side
if you're depressed and really thinking about taking your life then
